For the 10,000 odd folks attending South by Southwest in Austin in March, Undercover has heard some pretty swanky rumours.
Country legend Emmylou Harris and The Who guitarist Pete Townshend, both already announced as speakers (Townshend being the keynote speaker) will both be performing showcases as well.The diverse lineup will include The Scissor Sisters, indie-acoustic artist Fionn Regan and old misery guts, Morrissey will return.
Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth fame will be there playing a solo show to promote his upcoming as yet untitled solo album - a continuation of his solo career after 1995's 'Psychic Hearts'.
Southern family-rockers Kings of Leon and New York hipsters Interpol both start up the machine after a while of staying off the radar.
