Allman Brothers guitarist Derek Trucks and his wife Susan Tedeschi will perform Bluesfest sideshows in Sydney and Melbourne.
Trucks is one of the youngest musicians to make the ‘Top 100 Guitarists Of All Time’ list.
Last year, Trucks and Tedeschi put their bands into hibernation and formed the new group Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi Band. Bluesfest 2011 will be their first time together on tour in Australia.
Robert Randolph has built is reputation over the past decade to the point where Eric Clapton guested on his ‘Colorblind’ album in 2006. He will play on the Bluesfest sideshow as well.
