Lionel Richie has already added another show at the Rod Laver Arena.
The organisers must have a lot of faith in the soul man, as Rod Laver Arena is huge and the tickets haven’t even gone on sale yet.
Richie seemed like an odd choice as entertainment for the 2010 replayed Grand Final but we can only surmise that it worked.
Richie, with Guy Sebastian in tow, will be hitting Sydney’s Acer Arena, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, four Day On The Green shows in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia, and NIB Stadium in Perth.
And now he’ll hit Rod Laver Arena twice, on Tuesday 29 March and now Wednesday March 30 as well.
Tickets go on sale Frontier members from midday on Thursday 27 January and to the general public on Tuesday 1 February.
