The annual rumours surrounding Glastonbury's headliners have kicked in earlier than usual in 2007, perhaps due to global warming, or more likely the fact that the festival took a break last year.
Website eFestivals has suggested that the headliners for the main Pyramid stage have already been decided, with Friday featuring The Killers. Saturday will supposedly be rounded out by the Arctic Monkeys (with Kasabian on before them), whilst Sunday's veteran spot is speculated to be going to The Who, themselves preceded by Kaiser Chiefs.Other artists rumoured to be playing at the festival this year include Chemical Brothers, Eric Clapton, Madness, The Kooks and Scissor Sisters.
The festival itself has predictably refused to comment on the speculation.
