The Killers To Cover Joy Division

Las Vegas boys The Killers are confirmed to contribute a Joy Division track to the soundtrack to the movie 'Control'.

The band will record the track 'Shadowplay' for the soundtrack, which is also set to feature New Order, the Sex Pistols and more.

The movie is based on the book 'Touching from a Distance', written by Ian's widow Deborah.

She will also co-produce the movie.

Joy Division were only together for three years when Curtis hanged himself on May 18, 1980. The remaining members went on to form New Order.
