Bristol based trip hop icon Tricky is returning to Australia in 2011 for a run of shows across the country.
The artist has nine solo albums under his belt now, with his latest ‘Mixed Race’ once again being praised as a deep and intelligent work. Tricky is typically underrated, but his small cult following is growing slowly.
From his early days in the Bristol scene in the 80s, through his time in Massive Attack (he was in the band for their 1991 album ‘Blue Lines’) to his first major success with his ’95 solo album ‘Maxinquaye’, Tricky has always evolved and adapted and remains one of the most unique artists in the world today.
He will have in tow a full live band.
