The Music Network Announces The Australian Music Industry Awards

2011 will herald the first annual Australian Music Industry Awards.

The Music Network promises to pay tribute to the people behind the scenes in the Aussie music biz without “swimmers, models, television cameras and public voting”.

Awards will go to publishing, recording, Live and Touring, Management, Digital marketing, promotions, distribution, merchandise, and more.

The date for the first Australian Music Industry Awards will be announced in February.
