Matt Corby filmed his new video in Woodside, Ajunbilly in the New South Wales Snowy Mountains. It was where legendry Australian bush poet Banjo Paterson would go to write.
Banjo Paterson wrote ‘Waltzing Matilda’ in 1887. He also wrote ‘The Man From Snowy River’ and ‘Clancy Of The Overflow’.
Corby filmed the video for ‘Made of Stone’ from his ‘Transition of Colour’ EP there with director Alex Roberts who had directed clips for Art Vs Science.
The song is about a man on an endless struggle who’s burden can only be undone by a woman who holds the key.
Matt Corby will be on tour throughout December.
