Sweet retro girl group The Like return to Australia following their 2010 Strokes tour.
The sassy quintet are back for two headlining shows, in Brisbane and Melbourne, after wowing the crowds as support for the Strokes in July.
Their second album, Release Me, saw the LA band switch up from their early, meek alt rock to full blown ‘60s girl-group sass.
It was produced by Mark Ronson, who worked wonders with likeminded singers Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen, and captures this refreshed retro vibe.
They’ll be here in February for Playground Weekender in Sydney, but they’re not letting down all the fans they accrued up the East Coast (us included).
Tickets going on sale for Frontier members from 2pm on Thursday 25 November and the general public on Wednesday 1 December.
Check out the dates below, and also an interview we did with the gorgeous gals - singer/guitarist Z Berg and drummer Tennessee Thomas.
