The meme gets bigger, with William Shatner and Gwyneth Paltrow each doing versions of Cee-Lo Green’s profane instant classic.
William Shatner went on tonight show Lopez Tonight with Mario Lopez to plug his almost-as-sweary new TV show S**t My Dad Says, based on the twitter account of the same name.
Incidentally, he decided to do his speak-singing schtick by performing a cover of Cee-Lo Green’s ‘F**k You’.
The f-words were bleeped out, but oddly enough the backing singers’ n-words didn’t appear at all.
And news has emerged that Gwyneth Paltrow will have a crack at the song on Glee next week, but she’ll be doing the cleaned up version ‘Forget You’.
