Rod Stewart’s son Sean is in trouble with the law again.
While Rod Stewart was busy celebrating the release of his new Great American Songbook album, his son Sean was out getting arrested by the Los Angeles police.
Stewart had been stopped for a traffic infraction when it was discovered that he had an outstanding warrant for a previous arrest of driving with a suspended license. TMZ reported that he was taken to the police station in Beverly Hills from which he was released after posting $40,000 bail.
Sean is Rod's son from his first marriage to Alana Hamilton. He has had a long history of run-ins with the law including drugs, stealing his ex-girlfriend's car and a couple of assaults, one of which got him 90 days in jail. He also appeared in the second season of VH1's Celebrity Rehab.
