'Control', an upcoming biopic about the life and times of Joy Division singer Ian Curtis looks set to have an exciting soundtrack.
New Order, formed by the remaining members of Joy Division after Ian Curtis' suicide in 1980, will write a score for the movie, according to nme.com.Reports suggest the soundtrack will also include The Buzzcocks, The Sex Pistols, David Bowie and Iggy Pop.
The movie will be directed by French photographer/director extraordinaire Anton Corbijn, who has regularly photographed U2, Depeche Mode and even had Metallica as clients when they cut their hair (and went soft).
