Sharon Jones will be the next guest at the home of Daryl Hall. Sharon, of Dap-Kings fame will join Daryl Hall for the 34th ‘Live From Daryl’s House’.
The new show will feature Daryl's songs 'Do What You Want, Be What You Are' and 'It's Uncanny', a cover of Sly and the Family Stone's 'Hot Fun' and four songs from Sharon, the title track from her 'I Learned The Hard Way' album, '100 Days, 100 Nights', 'Tell Me' and 'Got A Thing On My Mind'."Sharon Jones is an amazing talent and an incredible singer," Daryl said in a statement. "You could say she tore the roof off of my house."
"Oh, man. First off, it was the best piece of roast beef I ever ate," Sharon enthuses. "But seriously, it was such an honor and a thrill to be at Daryl's house and to get to make music, relax and have a good time. Everyone should visit."
'Live From Daryl's House', featuring Sharon Jones, will go live at livefromdarylshouse.com on September 15.
