Well-known Australian music industry identity Phil Tripp is heading for retirement and selling off the farm.
Tripp is the founder of the Australian Music Industry Directory, the bible of Australia's "who's who" in the music biz. He is also the South Pacific representative for SXSW.After 40-years in the music industry, Tripp is selling his inner Sydney home and heading north to the beaches.
The house at 20 Hordern St, Newtown has also been HQ for the music directory.
