Rosanne Cash has released her memoir, ‘Composed’, which is in stores now.
The book doesn't start at the start, rather jumping around her life ranging from growing up in the shadows of her father Johnny to her move to New York.A particularly harrowing tale is that of Cash's final recording with her father. Her song 'September When It Comes' was recorded by a weak Johnny Cash who was not long for this world.
The 55 year old singer has been musically active since her self titled debut album in 1978. Her most recent recording is 'The List', from 2009.
You can order your copy from Rosanne's official site.
She has also authored 'Bodies of Water' and the children's book 'Penelope Jane: A Fairy's Tale'.
