Math-electro rock trio PVT (aka Pivot) tour madly and preview their new album with a free London show.
The Sydney/London act had to drop their 'Pivot' name following a clash with a US emo band this year. Now they're preparing to release their third album (and first as PVT) in Europe on August 9 on Warp Records.
It's called Church With No Magic and follows up 2008's O Soundtrack My Heart which garnered international interest and acclaim.
The band honoured their Australian fans by releasing the album early on July 17, and will follow up with a four-date tour in August.
After that, they'll head out on an extensive European in September to take it to the world.
Within that, PVT will treat their growing London fanbase to a special intimate show at the Old Blue Last in Shoreditch on September 6.
Tickets are only available through a series of competitions through their mailing list, which you can sign up for at their PVT website.
You can also check out a video for their pulsing new single 'Window' at the site.
