Of Montreal, who are of Georgia, have announced release details of their next album ‘False Priest’.
'False Priest' sees the band return to live instruments and once again have a more organic feel and they're bringing the hottest R&B act in the world today with them, Janelle Monáe as well as Solange (sister of Beyonce) Knowles.In the producer's seat is Jon Brion, who has worked with artists as diverse as Fiona Apple and Kanye West.
The first single off the record is 'Coquet Coquette', which is a catchy synth and drum driven pop song that mashes 80s indie guitar pop with the current wave of electro that is sweeping the world.
The album will be in Australian stores on September 17.
