The 2010 season of The Production Company will kick off in Melbourne this week with `The King and I`.
Each year, The Production Company, under the guidance of Jeanne Pratt and Ken Mackenzie-Forbes, keeps theatre alive in Victoria with three world-class productions.For 2010, The Production Company presents 'The King and I', 'The Boy From Oz' and 'Sugar'.
'The King and I' will premiere tomorrow (July 14) at the State Theatre at the Arts Centre in Melbourne and run for two weeks.
This production stars Juan Jackson as The King and Chelsea Gibb as Anna. It will run until July 25.
Then Todd McKenney will star as Peter Allen in 'The Boy From Oz' for 6 performances from August 18 – 22.
The final show for the season is 'Sugar', based on the film 'Some Like It Hot' from September 29 to October 3.
