Pete Doherty may never have been hospitalised in Nice, after cancelling a performance there last week.
The story was originally published by WENN, who stated that as fans waited for the doors to open for a Doherty show in Nice, they were told it was cancelled because the troubled Brit had been hospitalised.Now WENN reports that photos emerged of Doherty enjoying the Parisian sunshine with friends the day after the cancelled gig, and that local newspaper Nice-Matin claims Doherty never even made it to Nice.
Another French newspaper La Parisien claims that Doherty did visit a private clinic in Paris on the day of the cancelled show.
Doherty appeared at the Festival Terres de Son in Monts the day after, and performed at Scotland's T In The Park on Sunday with the reunited Babyshambles.
Fans were told that the Nice show would be rescheduled.
