Ringo Starr turned 70 this week and celebrated the night at Radio City Music Hall with a little help from his friends on Thursday night.
And Ringo has some pretty famous friends. The show ended with an all-starr version of The Beatles song he sang on the 'Sgt Pepper' album, 'With A Little Help From My Friends'.It featured with Yoko Ono, his son Zac Starkey, Joe Walsh, Steve Van Zandt, Angus Young, Jeff Lynne, Nils Lofgren, Dave Stewart, Max Weinberg and Foreigner's Mick Jones.
Ringo's grandsons come on stage at the end of the song to give their grandfather a drum shaped birthday cake with 70 candles.
For an encore, his Beatle buddy Paul McCartney came on stage to sing 'Birthday', the Beatles song they made so famous from the 1968 'White Album'.
