Engelbert Humperdinck will return to Australia for a national tour in November.
The legendary performer, who had hits with ‘The Last Waltz’, ‘After The Lovin’, ‘There Goes My Everything’ and ‘Quando Quando Quando’, has sold more than 150 million albums around the world since the 60s.Australia is special for Engelbert. His son Scott, daughter-in-law Jo and granddaughter Kiki live in Sydney. “Australia has always been very supportive of me and my music,” said Engelbert. “I am so happy and grateful to be able to come and perform in November.”
In other Engelbert Humperdinck news, next week he heads to the studio in Los Angeles to record 'Ever 'n Ever' with Melbourne girl group Trinity and Melbourne producer / songwriter Paul Wiltshire.
Witlshire and wife Victoria Wu have written songs from Backstreet Boys, Delta Goodrem, Guy Sebastian and Marcia Hines.
The Trinty and Engelbert Humperdinck collaboration is expected to be released mid-year.
