Lost Boys star Corey Haim has been found dead from a drug overdose at the age of 38.
Haim’s battle with his fall from fame was documented in the recent documentary ‘The Two Coreys’, also featuring his friend Corey Feldman.In the documentary, Haim commented "I don't know if you have the strength to overcome your own demons."
Corey Ian Haim was born in Canada in 1971.
As a teen star he grabbed fame through the movies ‘The Lost Boys’, ‘License To Drive’ and ‘Dream A Little Dream’.
However, his movies in the 90s did not have the same success and the actor filed for bankruptcy in 1997.
He lampooned his own situation in the movie ‘Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star’, featuring a group of former child stars like Danny Bonaduce and Leif Garrett as his card playing buddies.
Haim had a well publicised drug habit and moved back to Toronto in 2004.
In 2006, he began taping The Two Coreys, a reality show about himself and Corey Feldman for A&E.
Haim died at around 2.15 March 10, 2010 at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank.
