Madonna wants to tell the story of King Edward VII and Wallis Simpson, the love story the royal family wishes never happened.Madonna is also co-writing the script with her Truth or Dare partner Alex Keshishian.
Colin Vaines and David Parfitt, both former Miramax execs, are underwriting the production.
Madonna made her debut as a director in 2008 with ‘Filth and Wisdom’. That one flew right by me (and the rest of the world). Who even knew it existed.
