Led Zep legend Robert Plant will team with Nashville singer songwriter Beth Nielsen Chapman for a charity concert in London later this month.
Beth is in London at the moment rehearsing for the February 25 show. “Last night I rehearsed with the London Orianna Choir for the Abbey Rd. show with Robert Plant! I can’t wait for February 25th,” she Twittered today.In a footnote to the photo she published on Twitter she added “I'm so excited about performing at Abbey Road with Robert Plant and a 72 voice choir on Feb 25th! Also be performing will be David Gray & Newton Faulkner. It's to raise money for Cancer Research UK. It's going to be some night!”
After the UK show, Beth will head to Australia for some winery gigs. Expect dates soon.
Meanwhile Plant will head to the studio later this year to record an album with Buddy Miller.
