The Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie split story has taken a new twist today with the People magazine saying yesterday`s News of the World story is not true.
Neither People or News of the World mentions a source by name. People magazine claims “sources” deny that Pitt and Jolie have split and that the $330 million separation is completely untrue.However, News of the World is sticking with its story claiming the unmarried couple have decided to split their $330 million fortune down the middle and have agreed on equal custody of their six children.
The celebrity press is torn which way to go, some backing People and others backing News of the World.
According to News of the World, the couple met with lawyers in California last week to draw up the separation papers.
The couple have not been seen together so far this year and have not commented publically on the break-up story.
