Ryan Bingham Beats Paul McCartney and U2 To Golden Globe

Ryan Bingham has beaten Paul McCartney and U2 to take away the Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song.

Bingham won for ‘The Weary Kind’ from the movie ‘Crazy Heart’ beating McCartney for ‘I Want To Come Home’ from ‘Everybody’s Fine’ and U2 with ‘Winter’ from ‘Brothers’.

Maury Yeston’s ‘Cinema Italiano’ from Nine and James Horner ‘I Will See You’ from Avatar was also nominated.

Best Original Score went to Michael Giacchino for ‘Up’ beating The Informant, Avatar, A Single Man and Where the Wild Things Are.
