You should see the Australian chart figures this week. Susan Boyle has massacred Michael Buble and the rest of the Top 10.
Susan Boyle ‘I Dreamed A Dream’ has registered 125,565 sales in the past 7 days, a figure unseen for years.SuBo, as she is now affectionately known, has now sold more than 275,000 albums in Australia, which is almost 4 times platinum in over the counter sales.
Michael Buble ‘Crazy Love’ sold around one third of the Boyle figure. 41,451 Buble units shifted this week, which is a damn good figure in today’s environment but no-one near enough to stop the SuBo Tsunami.
Australian Idol winner Stan Walker will appear on the chart at number 3 this week with 20,952 sales after moving 1,172 in the previous week when the album was given an early release in stores.
