Dino Cazares may be back in Fear Factory with Burton C. Bell for the first time in 7 years but former members are still disputing the reformation.
Founding member Raymond Herrera, now with Arkaea, is disputing the validity of the current line-up and is taking legal action against the band.Regardless, Bell and Cazares have recorded the new album ‘Mechanize’ with former Strapping Young Lad bass player Byron Stroud and former bass player now turned guitarist Christian Olde Wolbers.
Bell refuses to talk about why Herrera wasn’t invited back to the band and Herrera says he has no communication with them about it. Raymond still says he is part of the business Fear Factory Incorporated and should be entitled to a say.
The new album ‘Mechanize’ will be released in February.
