Lonely men worldwide are in mourning following this morning's announcement by Kevin Federline's lawyer that there is no sex tape featuring Britney Spears.
British tabloid 'News Of The World' reported on November 12 that Federline was threatening to unleash the tape as a means to bending the rules surrounding the couple's tight pre-nuptial agreement.Now Federline's lawyer Mark Kaplan has announced, "There is not a sex video of Kevin and Britney in existence.
"It goes without saying that the stories of Kevin attempting to sell such a video are patently false and anyone who reports that they have information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone else."
The divorce proceedings continue, with both parties demanding custody of their two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
