Michael Buble has stuck his teeth into the blood-sucking music industry by biting the head of a vampire this week, figuratively speaking of course.
Michael Buble ‘Crazy Love’ has outsold the first week sales of the ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’ soundtrack, but it was close.Buble’s album sold 15486 copies last week. ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’ sold 15362 units.
Buble and The ‘Twilight Saga’ were the big ones of the week. After that, sales dropped to 9149 for Black Eyed Peas and halved again to 4566 for the Mumford & Sons ‘Sigh No More’ debut.
Mind you, CD sales were pale in comparison to the Pink ‘Funhouse Tour: Live In Australia’ DVD. It sold a massive 60,333 units, just like CDs used to sell in the “good old days”.
