Powderfinger are about to complete a guerilla tour of East Coast Australia playing three shows in three cities in one day today.
The first show kicked off this morning at Post Office Square. With virtually no notice, 1400 fans turned up to watch the gig.Next was the lunchtime gig at Sydney’s Martin Place. They played at the Macquarie St end to around 1500 more fans.
Then next it was off to Melbourne.
The shows are the first activity to launch the new Powderfinger album ‘Golden Rule’ due in November and the single ‘All of the Dreamers’ out in a few weeks.
