The next Morrissey album will be a collection of his b-sides from singles from his last three albums.
‘Swords’ collects songs from the sessions for 2004’s ‘You Are The Quarry’, 2006’s ‘Ringleader of the Tormentors’ and this year’s ‘Year of Refusal’.Included is Morrissey’s live version of David Bowie’s ‘Drive-In Saturday’ and his song ‘Shame Is The Name’ with Chrissie Hynde.
There will also be a special edition 2-disc set with a very rare ‘You Just Haven’t Earned It Yet, Baby’, a song first heard on the b-side to the Smiths 1986 single ‘The World Won’t Listen’.
The album will be released in October 26.
