Barbra Streisand will return to the New York jazz club the Village Vanguard to launch her new jazz album.
Streisand last played in the club 48 years ago as support act to Miles Davis. It has a capacity of 123.The show is a one-off and tickets will be free but difficult to get.
Fans who pre-order her new album ‘Love Is The Answer’ will be able to fill in a form to go in the draw to win tickets to the exclusive show.
The show will take place in the Manhattan club on September 26.
‘Love Is The Answer’ is the first album for Barbra since her Guilty sequel ‘Guilty Pleasures’ from 2005.
The new album was recorded with Diana Krall and her band.
‘Love Is The Answer’ will be released in the USA on September 29.
