The next Michael Buble album will feature a joint effort with Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings.
Buble and Jones recorded the old Diana Washington hit ‘Baby, You’ve Got What It Takes’ as well as a Marvin Gaye song at DapTone Studios in Brooklyn.It will his second album this year following on from the recent ‘Michael Buble Meets Madison Square Garden’ album released in June.
The new album is will also feature ‘You’re Nobody Until Somebody Loves You’, ‘Stardust’, ‘I Just Haven’t Met You Yet’ and the Marvin Gaye song ‘Some Kind of Wonderful’.
Michael told Mix 107’s Shaun Vincent, “I’ve written some nice tunes and I have some great ideas. It’s going to be an exciting record”.
Buble’s yet-to-be titled album is due for release in October.
