It has come to my attention that comments made in the August 3rd article about Kyle and Jackie O referring to Guy Dobson have been taken in a way not intended.
As a result of those misunderstanding, Undercover would like to offer the following apology to Guy Dobson.On August 3rd 2009, Undercover Media Pty Ltd and Paul Cashmere published an article under the heading 'Kyle and Jackie O Get An All Expenses Paid Holiday' in which certain statement were made about Guy Dobson which have been taken by some to the effect that he was the motivator of Austereo "stunts" and the person primarily responsible for the Kyle and Jackie O Teenage Rape segment which aired on the Austereo Network on Wednesday 29th July 2009.
We accept that these allegations have been misunderstood and should have been worded better. We apologize unreservedly for the distress the comments may have caused him and his family as well as any damage they may have caused to his acknowledged professional and business reputation".
