More than a dozen doctors are being investigated for fraudulent prescription practices TMZ reports.
With Jackson’s autopsy results expected to be made public this week, the investigation is focused on his personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray who is the main target and who is currently being investigated for manslaughter of the singer.The investigation is expected to reveal that Jackson used more than 2 dozen names to secure prescription drugs with the doctor’s knowledge.
The doctors under investigation would write the prescriptions because it was for the celebrity despite knowing the dangers of the drugs.
TMZ suggests that the investigation of the Jackson case is expected t uncover a massive trade for celebrities and drugs in Hollywood.
Dr. Conrad Murray is expected to be charged for the death of Jackson with many of the doctor’s under investigation co-operating with authorities and giving evidence that could be used against the doctor.
