Tickets for the New Kids On The Block Australian tour will go on sale tomorrow.
The Full Service Australian tour will begin in Perth on August 1, and then head through Adelaide, Melbourne, Newcastle, Brisbane, Sydney and Wollongong.Promoter Andrew McManus is bringing the tour down under. “I’m so proud to be bringing back to Australia the innovators and originators of boy bands world wide to Oz,” he said.
New Kids On The Block last toured Australia in 1992 and it was basically all over by 1994.
About a year ago, we first heard the rumours of a reunion. Donnie Wahlberg confirmed in April 2008 that the group had reformed and would record a new album. The result was ‘The Block’, their first album in 14 years.
The New Kids On The Block tour started in the USA in September 2008.
