A rep for Chris Brown has denied that he leaked the naked photos of Rihanna.
Last weekend, 7 pictures featuring Rihanna in various states of underdress and Brown with a pair of pink panties on his head made their way onto various websites.Despite the threat of legal action, the photos can still be viewed at tehbored.com.
Rihanna’s record company Island Def Jam issued the legal notices to websites hosting the site demanding that the photos “alleged” to be Rihanna be taken down. Unfortunately, only “allegedly” claiming a photo is someone does not legally give you the right to remove something that “allegedly” may also not be the person.
The Island Def Jam demand has had no effect whatsoever and the photos are still there.
Brown’s spokesperson told essence.com “This is both a false and defamatory statement. Chris has not released or ‘leaked’ any photos of Rihanna (or anyone else for that matter).”
Brown is facing up to five years in prision for slapping the bejesus out of Rihanna earlier this year. The publicist claims that hsi impending doom had nothing at all to do with the pictures being released.
Here at Undercover we feel no remorse for Brown and think that spending a few years in a cell with a big, bald bloke named Bubba may be just the thing to improve his social skills.
