80s one-hit wonder Marilyn (Peter Robinson) has outed Gavin Rossdale, former Bush singer and husband of Gwen Stefani.
Speaking to In Touch magazine, Marilyn called Gavin “the love of his life”.The singer, also famous for his fling with Boy George and that one hit ‘Calling Your Name’, has also given In Touch photos of him and Gavin, which have been published in the latest issue of the magazine.
An extremely young Gavin Rossdale is the young, pretty boy in the photo with Marilyn draped over his shoulder.
The pair used to party in London’s nightclubs. Back then, Gavin wore black lipstick.
The Marilyn and Gavin Rossdale relationship was a long standing affair, according to In Touch.
Boy George wrote about them in his 1995 book ‘Take It Like A Man’ but at the time both Rossdale and Marilyn denied the story.
Now Marilyn has decided to set the record straight (well, bad choice of words there). “We were together five years, but it felt like 40,” he told In Touch.
The article also points out the similarity in looks between Marilyn and Gwen Stefani.
The latest edition of In Touch is out now.
