Trent Reznor and Chris Cornell are doing battle via online blogging site Twitter.
Reznor started the war when he posted “You know that feeling you get when somebody embarrasses themselves so badly YOU feel uncomfortable? Heard Chris Cornell's record? Jesus”.Cornell shot back with ”What do you think Jesus would twitter? "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone" or "Has anyone seen Judas? He was here a minute ago".
Reznor twitters under the name trent_reznor while Cornell is simply chriscornell.
Cornell has just released his ‘Scream’ album, produced by Timbaland but it has failed to attract any fan following.
In Australia, ‘Scream’ debuted at a dismal no. 69 spot on just 639 sales.
In the United States, it debuted at the more impressive no. 10 spot but dropped to 65 last week.
