The first taste of the all-new Wolfmother is now available as a free download.
The new song is titled ‘Back Round’.This is also the first release by the all-new line-up featuring Aidan Nemeth, Ian Peres and Dave Atkins. The line-up was first heard when they played under the name White Feather in Brisbane on February 24.
The first official Wolfmother show as the all-new Wolfmother was at the Sound Relief concerts on March 14.
‘Back Round’ will feature on the bands next album although when that album will be we do not know. The band left for Los Angeles last Saturday to start working on the album. Other new songs in the recent Wolfmother sets were ‘Violence of the Sun’, ‘Monolith’ and ‘Inside The Mountain’.
The single won’t scare any old fans away. It is the vintage Wolfmother formula, which of course means it is the vintage Deep Purple formula.
