SXSW was a big one for Sydney’s TheArt.
The band formerly known as The Follow played a gig at Austin’s Maggie Mae’s last Friday as well as a showcase at Whole Foods in Austin on Saturday afternoon.They also have shows in Houston, New Orleans and Asheville before heading to New York for the next Aussie BBQ on March 26 with The Drones.
After that, they will play in New Jersey, New York, Lexington, Louisville, St Louis, Chicago, Lawrence, Austin (again), Albuquerque, San Diego and Orange Country before flying back to Australia.
TheArt did SXSW right by planning a US tour around their Austin showcase.
