While Silverchair had some down time, Daniel Johns went into the studio to stand behind the desk for a change. He has produced new music for The Scare.
The first taste of the sessions has just been made available as a free download.The song is ‘No Money”. It will feature of the next album for The Scare titled ‘oozevoodoo’, coming sometime in July.
This will be the second album for The Scare. The first one ‘The Chivalry’ dropped back in 2007.
‘No Money’ is quite an apt title. After the release of the first album, the band toured Australia and the UK and ended up broke.
They shall remain broke until April 9. You have until that date to download the song for free. After that, they need it to earn some income.
