Popkomm 2009 is coming around fast. The 2009 event will be held in Berlin from September 16-18.
Steve Iorio and his company Blind Beatroot are looking for Australian artists who would like to showcase in Berlin this year.Popkomm is the biggest music conference in Europe. It features more than 15,000 registrants from more than 50 countries and showcases acts from all over the world.
Last year, Blind Beatroot gathered up the Aussies for the Blind Beatroot Australian showcase.
The acts who attended in 2008 were Ian Miller, Buggirl, Kitchen Knife Wife, Mayfield, Lawless Breed, Lamplight, Gigantic, Asleep in the Park, The Vagrants, Leah Flanagan, Mark Wilkinson, Nat Allison and Clare Bowditch
