Remember when Amy Winehouse decked that person back in September? Now she has been charged with as assault.
She will appear in court on March 17th accused of hitting Sherene Flash, who asked if she could take a photo of her.Winehouse, 25, allegedly punched Ms Flash, a 30-year-old dancer, in the arm and cheek at the End Of Summer Ball in Berkeley Square last September.
Ms Flash told police at the time that Winehouse initially agreed to pose for a picture.
But when Ms Flash asked if her friend could be in the picture, Winehouse allegedly punched her in the eye.
She then ran off crying: "Life can’t go on. I can’t do this any more."
Despite being previously arrested after a series of incidents involving drugs and assault, this is believed to be the first time Winehouse has been charged with an offence.
Winehouse recently returned from a two month holiday in St Lucia, and moved to a new home in Barnet, north London.
But despite looking healthier than she has done in years, she was up to her old tricks at an Oxjam gig in Selfridges last night.
She could barely speak and reportedly smashed drinks on the floor with eyewintness describing her as behaving 'hyper' and 'erratic'.
