I am pretty sure that today is the first day that the word “jizz” has ever appeared in a song title in the Australian Top 10. You can thank Justin Timberlake for that, and his pals known as Lonely Island.
‘Jizz In My Pants’ has been the viral video hit of the internet with almost 30 million views registered on YouTube since it first appeared in December.The video first aired on Saturday Night Live on December 6, 2008. The song is featured on The Lonely Island’s debut ‘Incredibad’.
Timberlake does not sing on the song. He is seen in the video as a janitor in a grocery store.
The song reached no. 72 in the USA and no. 52 in Canada but in Australia it has become a bonafide hit.
The video also features model Molly Sims and Sopranos star Jamie-Lynn Sigler.
The Lonely Island (TLI) is a comedy trio comprising of Akiva Schaffer, Jorma Taccone and Andy Samberg.
Saturday Night Live founder Lorne Michaels discovered them and put them to work creating SNL Digital Shorts.
Other short creations from The Lonely Island include ‘Dick In A Box’, also with Justin Timberlake, ‘Iran So Far’ with Adam Levine, ‘Natalie’s Rap’ with Natalie Portman and ‘I’m On A Boat’ with T-Pain.
