Coldplay are puppets in the video for ‘Life In Technicolor ii’. You may have already seen it. Over 1.5 million people have already viewed in on YouTube.Dougal Wilson, who has previously directed videos for Jarvis Cocker, The Streets, Hard-Fi, LCD Soundsystem and Badly Drawn Boy, directed the video.
In the ‘Life In Technicolour ii’ video, puppet Coldplay put on a rock concert for some pre-schoolers, Punch and Judy style.
The show includes puppet pyrotechnics, puppet acrobats, puppets roadies and stage crew and at the end, the band makes its quick getaway from the room in a puppet helicopter.
