Reports are now surfacing that popstar Chris Brown tried to kill his celebrity girlfriend Rihanna during their fight a week ago.
E News is now reporting that Brown choked Rihanna and that she lost consciousness. When she awoke, he was gone, E claims.This we know. Brown attacked Rihanna after driving her home from a pre-Grammy Awards Party in the early hours of Sunday morning February 8.
Brown drove his silver Lamborghini into a side street of Rihanna’s Hancock Park suburb of Los Angeles.
E claims that a fight started and that Rihanna threw Brown’s keys out of the window. He went into a rage and started to choke her, yelling, “I’m going to kill you”.
The couple had been at Clive Davis’ annual pre-Grammy party left on late Saturday night. Earlier reports that Brown had been flirting with Leona Lewis have been denied by Lewis’ peeps.
Brown turned himself into Police the following day. He was released soon after on $50,000 bail.
Rihanna has remained quiet about the incident.
Her father Ronald Fenty has since confirmed that both Chris and Rihanna are no longer together.
Brown has issued a statement to say he is sorry and that he is undergoing counselling.
