Chris Brown is undergoing counselling from his Pastor following a week of headlines after bashing his celebrity girlfriend (now ex) Rihanna.
The popstar yesterday issued a statement to say he was sorry for what he had done and tells fans that he is “seeking the counselling of my pastor”.Brown bashed Rihanna after a pre-Grammy party in Los Angeles a week ago. She suffered bruising on the face and a cut lip. The injuries meant she had to cancel a high profile performance on the Grammy Awards that evening.
Brown handed himself into police the next day and was later released on $50,000 bail.
Tabloids went wild with allegations during the past week, one stating that Brown has made a derogatory comment about Rihanna on Facebook after the incident. “I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook,” Brown stated. “Those posts or writing under my name are frauds”.
Rihanna is yet to comment on the incident but her father Ronald Fenty has said that the relationship is now over.
