Aussie singer Guy Sebastian was mugged leaving a fast food restaurant in Los Angeles yesterday.
Twittering the news, Guy said “Oh my gosh, I just got mugged at knifepoint. No kidding! Got a meatball subway and was met outside by 2 thugs who wanted cash! $150!!! Buggers”.The thugs got away with the loot and Sebastian was unharmed in the incident.
Guy Sebastian is recording his 5th studio album in Los Angeles with the John Mayer band for what will be his first US release.
The album will also feature songs from his last album ‘The Memphis Album’ sprinkled with the new tracks from the Mayer band sessions.
John Mayer will feature on some tracks singing backing vocals. Natasha Bedingfield is also believed to have worked on one of the songs.
